Must submit valid personal auto insurance.• Renter's personal auto insurance will be filed in the event of an accident• Rental agreement must be executed prior to operating golf cart• It is your responsibility to make sure golf cart rentals are allowed where you are staying, please make sure with your property manager before booking. A refund will not be issued if you are not able to use your rental.

All driving rules and traffic laws must be obeyed, just like a regular car.
Golf carts can be driven on any county-maintained road if the speed limit is 35 MPH or less. This includes 395, Old Hwy 98, and 30A.
You cannot drive golf carts on Hwy
98.
Certain neighborhoods prohibit golf carts from driving on their privately maintained roads.
Drivers must abide by all passenger vehicle laws, including seat belts for passengers and car seats for small children.
Golf carts are NOT allowed on any of the multi-use pathways in South Walton.
Golf carts are NOT allowed on sidewalks.
Golf carts must comply with parking rules and laws. You cannot park on the multi-use pathways or in the no parking zones near the beach accesses.
